2. Business Identity & Operations

Hipona Sports is a professional sports apparel brand. While our global roots and corporate headquarters are located in Iquitos, Peru, our US operations and logistics are managed through our dedicated fulfillment center in Westwood, MA. We specialize in high-quality teamwear and custom athletic products for the United States market.

3. Payment and Security

To ensure maximum security and financial protection, Hipona Sports exclusively accepts payments through PayPal. We do not store or process sensitive credit card data on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with PayPal’s terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or is flagged for potential fraud.

4. Products and Customization

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors will be 100% accurate.

  • Custom Orders: For custom uniforms and personalized apparel, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs. Once a custom order is approved and sent for production, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We provide Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. All products are dispatched from our US Warehouse (15 Southwest Park, Westwood, MA 02090). While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return process is governed by our 30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy for non-customized items.

  • Non-Customized Items: Eligible for free returns within 30 days. No restocking fees apply.

  • Customized Items: These are final sale and excluded from returns unless a manufacturing defect or printing error is present.

  • Refunds: All approved refunds will be issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or to upload malicious code. Any unauthorized use of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hipona Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our products are provided "as is" for your athletic use.
