Intellectual Property Policy
1. User-Provided Content
For our custom sports apparel services, you may be asked to provide logos, designs, or text to be applied to your teamwear. By submitting such content to Hipona Sports, you represent and warrant that:
-
Legal Ownership: You own the legal rights to the design or have obtained explicit, written permission from the trademark/copyright owner (e.g., school logos, club emblems, or corporate branding).
-
Non-Infringement: The design does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
-
Accuracy: You have reviewed and approved the design proofs. We are not responsible for errors in content that was provided and approved by the customer.
2. Our Rights and Discretion
To maintain our brand integrity and comply with legal standards:
-
Right of Refusal: Hipona Sports reserves the right to refuse any custom order that contains content we deem offensive, unlawful, or in violation of copyright/trademark laws.
-
Review Process: While we may review designs for technical printing quality, the customer remains solely responsible for the legal right to use the provided imagery.
3. Indemnification
By placing a custom order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hipona Sports, our US operations team, and our corporate headquarters from any legal actions, claims, or expenses (包括律师费) arising from the unauthorized use of logos, designs, or text provided by you.
4. Production Approval
Once a custom design is approved by the customer and sent to our production facility, no further changes can be made. As these items are unique to your organization, they are excluded from our standard 30-day return policy unless a manufacturing defect is present.
