2. Ordering & Customization

Minimum Order: We require a minimum order of 10 uniforms for team sets. You are welcome to mix and match styles (e.g., 5 Soccer sets and 5 Volleyball sets) as long as the total quantity is 10 or more.

How to Provide Details: During checkout, you can input your team information (Sizes, Names, Numbers) in the text box in the cart area. Alternatively, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your details.

Custom Logos: For the best quality, please provide AI or EPS (Vector) files. If you only have a standard image, our design team can assist in recreating it.

Sizing Note: Please refer to our Size Chart carefully. For athletic performance gear, if you are between sizes, we recommend ordering "one size up" for a more comfortable fit.
3. Shipping & Processing

Shipping Cost: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Custom/Team Orders: 7–14 business days for professional production and quality inspection.

Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days once dispatched from our Massachusetts warehouse. We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your first game.
4. Payments & Security

Payment Methods: For your security, Hipona Sports exclusively accepts PayPal. This ensures your financial data is fully encrypted. You can pay via PayPal balance or any major card through the secure PayPal portal.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your state's regulations.
5. Returns & Quality Care

Non-Customized Items: We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy. If you ordered blank items, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund. We even provide a pre-paid return label!

Customized Items: Because these are unique to your team, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please report any issues within 3 business days of delivery.

Uniform Care: To preserve prints and fabric, always wash inside out in cold water and hang dry. Avoid high-heat tumble drying.

Color Matching: Slight variations in color tones may occur between different production batches; this is a normal characteristic of the sublimation process.
